[IGS-Equipment-Files] rcvr_ant.tab file update

Dear Colleagues,

The following items have been added to the rcvr_ant.tab file.

17 JUL 2018  Added SEPT ASTERX SB, SEPT ASTERX-U, SEPT POLARX5E,
                STONEX SC2000, Deprecated SEPT ALTUS_NR3

At the request of Septentrio the “SEPT ALTUS_NR3” was renamed to not include the underscore “SEPT ALTUS NR3”.
