[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_1935.atx: Update including 2 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs14_1935.atx'. Receiver antenna 
calibrations for two additional antenna types have been added that were 
performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) One robot calibration provided by South Surveying & Mapping 
Instrument Co. Ltd.:

STHCR3-G3       STHC

2) One robot calibration provided by Tallysman Wireless Inc.:

TWIVP6050_CONE  NONE

3) Besides, the start date of the reactivated Block IIR-M satellite 
G049/G04 was corrected:

5 January 2017  -->  6 January 2017
