[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs14_1943.atx:Update including an additional antenna calibration

Dear Colleagues,

The igs14_wwww.atx has been updated. The new release is called 
'igs14_1943.atx'. One receiver antenna calibration for an additional 
antenna type has been added that was performed by Geo++ GmbH:

- One robot calibration provided by STONEX:
STXS9I          NONE

The updated antenna correction model is available at
ftp://ftp.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs14_1941.atx
or
ftp://ftp.igs.org/pub/station/general/igs14.atx
