[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1924.atx: Update including 3 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1924.atx'. Receiver antenna 
calibrations for three additional antenna types have been added that 
were all performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) One robot calibration provided by JAVAD GNSS Inc.:

JAVTRIUMPH_2A+G JVGR

2) Two robot calibrations provided by Topcon Positioning Systems Inc.:

TPSHIPER_HR     NONE
TPSHIPER_HR+PS  NONE


The updated antenna correction model is available at
