[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1904.atx: Update including 2 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1904.atx'. It contains the 
following changes:

1) One robot calibration provided by Leica Geosystems AG has been added:

LEIGS15.R2      NONE

2) One additional robot calibration:

LEIGS16         NONE

According to Leica Geosystems AG, LEIGS16 and LEIGS14 are identical in 
construction. Therefore, calibration values were copied from 'LEIGS14 
     NONE'.


The updated antenna correction model is available at
