[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1928.atx: Update including 4 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1928.atx'. It contains the 
following changes:

Four robot calibrations provided by Trimble Navigation Ltd. have been added:

TRM105000.10    NONE
TRM115000.00    NONE
TRM115000.00    TZGD
TRM115000.10    NONE

The updated antenna correction model is available at
