[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1911.atx: Update including 3 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1911.atx'. It contains the 
following changes:

1) One robot calibration provided by Champion Instruments LLC has been 
added:

CHAPS9017       NONE

2) One robot calibration provided by Leica Geosystems AG has been added:

LEICGA60        NONE

3) One robot calibration provided by MVE Ltd. has been added:

MVEGA152GNSSA   NONE


The updated antenna correction model is available at
