[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1850.atx: Update including 3 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1850.atx'. Receiver antenna 
calibrations for three additional antenna types have been added that 
were all performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) Two robot calibrations provided by Septentrio Satellite Navigation N.V.:

SEPCHOKE_B3E6   NONE
SEPCHOKE_B3E6   SPKE

2) One robot calibration provided by Trimble Navigation Ltd.:

TRMR8S          NONE


The updated antenna correction model is available at

Many thanks to both manufacturers for providing phase center corrections 
to the IGS!
