[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1848.atx: Update including 4 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1848.atx'. Receiver antenna 
calibrations for four additional antenna types have been added that were 
all performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) One robot calibration provided by Geo++ for MGEX station NCKU:

JAVRINGANT_DM   SCIS

2) Two robot calibrations provided by JAVAD GNSS Inc.:

JAVRINGANT_G5T  NONE
JAVRINGANT_G5T  JAVC

3) One robot calibration provided by UNAVCO Inc.:

TRM57971.00     SCIT
