[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1764.atx: Update including 5 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been 
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1764.atx'. Receiver antenna 
calibrations for five additional antenna types have been added that were 
all performed by Geo++ GmbH:

1) One robot calibration provided by Shanghai Huace Satellite Navigation 
Technology Ltd.:

CHCX91+S        NONE

2) One robot calibration provided by Leica Geosystems AG:

LEIICG60        NONE

3) One robot calibration provided by NovAtel Inc.:

NOV750.R5       NOVS

4) Two robot calibrations provided by TI Asahi Co.,Ltd.:

TIAPENG2100B    NONE
TIAPENG2100R    NONE
