[IGS-Equipment-Files] igs08_1636.atx - Update including 5 additional receiver antenna calibrations

Dear IGS colleagues!

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1636.atx'. Receiver antenna
calibrations for five additional antenna types have been added:

1) One robot calibration provided by Altus Positioning Systems and
performed by the University of Hannover:

APSAPS-3        NONE

2) Three robot calibrations copied from LEIATX1230+GNSS NONE:

LEIGG02PLUS     NONE
LEIGS08         NONE
LEIGS12         NONE

3) One robot calibration provided by Topcon Positioning Systems and
performed by Geo++:

TPSPG_A1+GP     NONE

The updated antenna correction model is available at
