[IGS-DCWG-219] IC/DC eleconference 4 March 2020 and new IC Charter

Dear all,

Enclosed the latest version of the IC Charter for discussion during our 
next teleconf on 4/5 March 2020. Connection details will be sent soon. 
Please send me any Agenda item you want to discuss.

So far we have 8 members that responded to the doodle poll for the 
teleconference , I hope more of you can connect. Since we have worldwide 
participation I have had to compromise on the time , if its a problem 
please let me know;

IC/DC Teleconf to be held online;

4th March 20:30 (ECT), 19:30 (GMT), 14:30 (Eastern), 11:30 (Pacific), 
5th March 06:30 (Canberra)


Preliminary Agenda;

  * New IC Charter discussion and approval
  * Recommendations from last 2 workshops, including;
      o transition to gzip
      o transition to tar files for high-rate data
  * RINEX WG Situation
  * AOB
