Dear all,

Enclosed are the Recommendations coming from IC/DC from the 2018
Workshop that just concluded. Please review them and answer this email
if you have any concerns with either the 2017 or the 2018 recommendations.

It was a very good meeting in Wuhan, China , we agreed on many
outstanding issues as you can see in the Document enclosed.

The most important is that the GB gave the go-ahead to merge the IC & DC
into one structure and to create a new position of Data Center Coordinator.

Carey and I will be addressing both these email lists together from now
on and I hope we can merge them officially soon.

--
Best regards,
Nacho
