[IGS-DCWG-165] Scheduling an IGS XML Teleconference in June

Dear Colleagues-

A few weeks ago I sent a message asking for updates to several of you 
who have been active participants in the IGS Site Log XML effort (the 
IGS-DCWG list was not operating at the time, so the message only went to 
active participants - my apologies if I missed anyone who should have 
been included). Thanks to all who were able to send updates.

With the IGS Workshop coming up in a little over a month from now in 
Paris, I would like to schedule a teleconference for early in June so 
that we can have a good sense of progress and plans before the Workshop.
