[IGS-DCWG-171] IC + DCWG + RINEX Splinter Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

For all those colleagues attending the IGS 2017 Workshop in Paris
next month, the Infrastructure Committee, Data Center Working Group, 
and RINEX Working Group will be holding a joint splinter meeting 
during the workshop on Tuesday, July 04 at 13:30. For the DCWG, we 
are planning an update from Fran Boler on the IGS Metadata efforts. 
I would ask anyone who has other topics or questions that the data 
centers should address/be aware of to send me an email.
