[IGS-DCWG-159] removing REYK data files

Dear Data Centers,

due to REYK's antenna having fallen off its mount from 27 December we 
need you to remove the station Rinex 2 and Rinex 3 data files for 
station REYK as soon as possible from 27 Dec to 5 January (inclusive) 
this includes the files; plus all the hourly and 15 min files in that 
timespan as well, Thanks! these data files should not be published any 
longer
