[IGS-DCWG-142] IGS Site Log XML teleconference scheduled Nov 14 0700 UTC

Dear Colleagues-

The teleconference scheduling has been particularly difficult this time 
around. In my judgment the time frame that fits best with the goal of 
having updates on the GA effort with GeodesyML and the EPN Site Log XML 
implementation effort is Monday November 14 at 0700 UTC. I regret that 
this time excludes several people who are quite interested in this 
teleconference.

I would like to try to schedule a second teleconference on the same 
topics during the last week of November, after the US Thanksgiving 
holiday, to bring in many who are excluded from the November 14 
teleconference. Watch for a doodle scheduling poll on that early next 
week after the Nov 14 teleconference.

The November 14 teleconference will be a WebEx call.
