Hi Fran, Carey:

At JPL, we have for years been operationally using XML generated at 
SOPAC with the ProcMetadata XSD (see 
http://sopac.ucsd.edu/xmlGeodesy.shtml) as the only source of metadata 
for automated PPP processing within the SESES 
(http://geoapp03.ucsd.edu/gridsphere/) project.

We will at minimum be an observer of the DCWG effort, and potentially 
could upgrade that, depending on how things evolve.
