Hi Carey,

I can surely participate too.

Another item I would add is the directory structure of where the data 
resides (whether rinex or products or other) should be same amongst the 
GDC's.

cddis: /pub/gps/data/daily/YYYY/DDD/YY(d|g|m|o|n|s)
sio: /pub/rinex/YYYY/DDD
