[IGS-DCWG-81] Fwd: Draft Proposed RINEX File Naming Convention

All,

   Sorry for the delay in posting this to the working group. Attached is a proposal
from the RINEX working group concerning modifications to the filename convention used
for RINEX data files. They are soliciting comments from various points including the
data centers. I believe we can make this a topic for discussion at the upcoming 
DCWG splinter meeting in Poland, as long as we don't consume the whole 1.5 hours with
the topic. In the meantime, please provide feedback to Rolf.
