[IGS-DCWG-74] Removal of ISBA data from day 2011-168 to present

Dear Global Data Center Colleagues,
  I'm not sure this is the correct forum but I wanted to ask KASI, 
SOPAC, CDDIS and IGN to please delete from their holdings any data for 
stations ISBA from day 2011-168 to present. The data suffers major 
quality issue due to GNSS jamming effects. Data uploads have been 
suspended effective immediately.
