[IGS-DCWG-39] Future plans for the working group

Dear Colleagues,

    First, I must apologize for not taking a more active stance
in promoting activities within the IGS Data Center Working Group.
Second, in case you did not know, there will be an IGS focus area
review prior to the EGU in Vienna on April 23 and an IGS Governing
Board meeting on April 24.  I will provide a brief summary of our
activities (not much last year I know).  I thought I would also
include what ideas we may have for future work.  Please let me
know some areas you would like to see the WG pursue in the near
future along with any other items to include in the report.
