I wanted to notify you that the position paper authored by Michael
Scharber and myself for the Data Transfer and Data Centers session of
next month's IGS Workshop is now on-line at:

We welcome your review of the document and look forward to discussions
at the workshop.  As you can see from the program for this session, many
of the talks will address the issues brought forth in the paper.  I am
looking forward to meeting many of you in Berne and continuing these
