Dear colleagues,

   The IGS Governing Board will have a meeting at Potsdam on september 
10. I'll attend the meeting and intend to present a short report and a 
plan of actions following the ideas and recommandations of the Ottawa 
workshop.

As the representative of the DCs I wanted to keep all of you informed 
about that. If any of you wishes me to raise some issue at the meeting 
please let me know, I'll be happy to do it.

When I'm back from Potsdam I'll send to the list a report about the 
meeting (I'll focus only on DCs points adressed during the meeting) and 
a copy of my report.
