Thanks to everyone for answering the poll.
Eventually, the ICG DRR hybrid meeting will be held on May 29th, 07-08UTC (16-17JST).
The description is as follows.

*Date    May 29th, 7:00-8:00UTC (16:00-17:00JST)
*Venue    Aeon Compass Makuhari Conference Room (10 minutes walk from JpGU venue, Makuhari Messe)
*Address    Hibino 2-4, Chiba, Japan, 261-0021

Any in-person participants are welcomed to jump in, but please let us know if you have already made your mind of attendance.
