[GNSS4DRR] Poll for hybrid DRR TF meeting in May

Dear Colleagues,

Thank you for making intensive discussion on ICG DRR TF as always.

Since JpGU2024 will be held in Japan on May 26th-31st, we are planning to have the TF meeting in hybrid format during the JpGU2024 period.
We would be glad if this would be an opportunity to foster good relationship with wide range of stakeholders.

Please fill your tentative schedule by March 5th 00UTC and leave comments of way of participation (in-person or virtual) as far as you have decided.
Of course, we welcome any in-person participants jumping in who originally intended to join virtually or even not to attend the meeting.

After fixing the date and time, we will let you know the exact place.
So far, we are going to reserve the conference room 10 minutes walk away from the JpGU venue, which would be easy to access for every JpGU participants.
