Dear Colleagues,

This meeting was very successful with strong representation from several groups. This meeting discussed the following items:
an offer to collaborate with the Pacific Geospatial and Surveying Council. 
The draft of the Terms of Reference
IUGG grant funds available  
Offer of multiGNSS receivers
Observations and development plans for Tonga

The meeting ended with 
A request for input on plan proposal prior to next meeting (a month)
Proposal to meet at the IUGG General Assembly
