<div>Communications have been offline at HOLM since October 23 (Day 296) after NorthwesTel attempted other repairs to the community phone network. We expect our phone line connection to be restored this week. I will advise when data delivery is back online

and the backlog of data is recovered.</div>

<div>Note that the local phone network in this Arctic community is very unreliable and data delivery for HOLM is often delayed by many days and sometimes weeks. Next year we plan to replace the dialup modem with more reliable cell modem and the aging Ashtech

Micro-Z with a new Trimble or Septentrio GNSS receiver.</div>
