<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Courier New"">The reference frequency at the CORS KAT1 was switched from External H-Maser to Internal at 2014-12-12T04:30Z. We believe that problems with the reference frequency have resulted
in a bias to the station coordinates beginning around week 1821. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
