<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Advisory: We had a power failure at our site ALGO from Nov-30 to Dec-03.  There was a permanent data loss from Nov-30 21h to Dec-03 19h.  The external H-MASER lost power during this period and we are waiting for the H-Maser to recover fully before releasing the current data.  We hope to resume data publishing within 24hrs.</FONT></P>
