<P><FONT COLOR="#0000FF" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Advisory: The external H-MASER at NRCan station ALGO had a power failure over the past weekend.  The H-Maser is back on-line now but isn't locked yet.  We will restrict data publishing for algo until the maser is functioning properly.  This should be within about 24hrs.  All data previously published for 11jul24 and 11jul25 should be used with caution.</FONT></P>
