<p>Dear colleagues,<br>

This weekend, the storage of IGN GDC suffered a critical and
irreversible failure.<br>
New hardware was already almost set up. And so the change took
place yesterday, in a hurry and with haste ; without any
transition period.<br>
<br>
The 2 FTP urls <b>igs.ign.fr</b> and <b>igs-rf.ign.fr</b> and
the associated IPs remain the same, <br>
the tree structure also remains the same, but it should be noted
that the "MGEX" tree will no longer be filled from now, <br>
all products (and rinex) will be placed in the main tree with the
operational products (and all others rinex). <br>
<br>
Last but not least the old passive FTP mode (PASV) doesn't work
for now due to administrative authorizations.<br>
Please use one of the 3 others FTP modes : active/PORT or the
extended ones (EPSV and EPRT).<br>
