The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been
updated. <br>
The new release is called 'igs14_2163.atx'. It contains the
following changes: <br>

1) According to NANU 2021034 , BLOCK IIIA satellite SVN78
(2021-054A) launched on 17 June 2021 will be transmitting using
PRN11. Therefore, the following satellite has been added to the
igs14.atx: <br>
<br>
G11 (G078): 17. June 2021<br>

<p>The PCO and PV values are copied from GPS BLOCK IIIA satellite
G074.</p>

was verified by Geo++ GmbH: <br>

According to Topcon, SOKGRX3 and TPSHIPER_VR have the same pattern
(verified by Geo++).<br>
Therefore, calibration values were copied from "TPSHIPER_VR NONE"
with two additional comment line:<br>
