Starting where the <a href="https://kb.igs.org/hc/en-us/articles/201747733-Strategic-Plan-2013-2016" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">2013-2016 Strategic Plan</a> ended, a <a href="https://kb.igs.org/hc/en-us/articles/360000525591-2015-Strategic-Planning-Community-Survey" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">comprehensive user community survey</a> and strategic planning process took place in late 2016 and early 2017.</div><div style="font-size:12.800000190734863px"><br></div><div style="font-size:12.800000190734863px">The resulting <a href="https://kb.igs.org/hc/en-us/articles/360001150012-2017-Strategic-Plan" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">2017 Strategic Plan</a> has been developed in response to both the community survey responses as well as continuing key elements of the previous strategic plan’s goals and objectives.
