The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs14_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs14_1958.atx'. It contains the
following changes:
1) According to NANU 2017070, Block IIA satellite SVN36 will resume
transmitting L-band utilizing PRN04 on approximately 20 July 2017.
Therefore, the following satellite has been added to igs14.atx (The
actual start date will be adapted with the next release.):

2) According to CODE, G038 stopped signal transmission on 14 July
2017. Therefore, a decommission date for the following satellite has
been added:
G04 (G038): 14 July 2017 (23:59:59.9999999)
additionally, the starting time has been changed according to CODE
from 18 May 2017 to 19 May 2017.
3) One robot calibration provided by San Jose Technology, Inc. has been added:
