accurately describe the orbital mechanics of Global Navigation Satellite
Systems (GNSS), the propagation of their radio<span class=""><del cite="mailto:NOSTEMP" datetime="2015-04-21T08:24">'</del></span> signals,
and the dynamics of the national and international tracking networks.</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color:rgb(69,68,66);margin-bottom:12pt"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif">Maintaining and improving the
International Terrestrial Reference Frame <span class=""><ins cite="mailto:NOSTEMP" datetime="2015-04-21T08:24">(ITRF) </ins></span>as
the fundamental basis for the National Spatial Reference System (NSRS).</span></li>
<li class="MsoNormal" style="color:rgb(69,68,66);margin-bottom:12pt"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif">D</span><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12pt;font-family:'Times New Roman',serif">eveloping, testing, and maintaining GNSS software in
order to improve station positioning, <span class=""><ins cite="mailto:NOSTEMP" datetime="2015-04-21T08:24">GNSS </ins></span>orbit
estimation and reference frame maintenance.</span></li>
