I wonder how to cite the IGS quality of service fact sheet (2013) in
a journal paper. On the FAQ of IGS website, it is said that the
author who uses the product of IGS should cite the paper: <br>

</ul><p>This is a paper published in 2009, and the broadcast orbit
accuracy is 160 cm at that time. Now that the broadcast orbit
accuracy is 100 cm, which is written in IGS quality of service
fact sheet (2013). I think it's better to cite the most recent
result. Does anyone know how to cite the 'IGS quality of service
fact sheet (2013)' ? <br>
