<div>Dear Colleagues,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>We have updated our second real-time solution (streams CLK92/CLK93) to include measurements (in MSM format) from the MGEX network.</div>
<div>This allows in particular the computation of two new quantities: C5 (code biases) and L5 (phase biases), for block IIF satellites.</div>
<div>The L5 phase biases, as well as the other phase biases (L1 and L2), follow the new formulation proposed by the RTCM SSR group, and are available in the message type 1265.</div>
<div>This new formulation follows the undifferenced AND uncombined concept for phase biases. The same concept has been introduced many years ago for code biases.</div>
<div>The computation of these phase biases is simple in dual frequency, but tricky in the triple-frequency context, because one cannot make assumption about what combination will be adopted by a user for AR, i.e. the set of phase biases must keep the integer
nature of ambiguity for ALL possible user combinations.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>The computation method for (L1,L2,L5) biases and the validity of the concept, demonstrated on the real stream and measurements is presented in a white paper available at the following address: </div>
