Dear Colleagues,

IGS Final
Orbit product for Wk 1714 was replaced due to abnormal file handling for
JPL's 1714-4 submission. JPL's file submission was correct but it had a
glitch while copying it to the weekly combination directory. The
truncated sp3 caused rejection in the combination and finally caused
failure of JPL's Long-arc report for the entire week.

The problem was detected shortly after the IGS Final product
submission earlier today and had been corrected by rerunning the entire
week's combination. In conclusion, there were minor changes in WRMS for
each AC therefore IGS PPP was affected as well.

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Regards,

Kevin

Kevin K. Choi, Ph.D.
Geodesist
Deputy IGS Analysis Center Coordinator
