The antenna.gra was updated to reflect the ARP for both SPP89823_10 and <meta charset="utf-8">ITT3750323.

The absolute IGS antenna correction file (igs08_wwww.atx) has been
updated. The new release is called 'igs08_1737.atx'. One robot calibration provided by NGS has been added:
ITT3750323 SCIS
This antenna type is installed at several NGA stations that will probably be considered for repro2.
