    <p>Ahead of tomorrow's teleconference the IC Charter has been

      minimally revised today, find it enclosed. The wording referring

      to the Real-Time pilot project has been removed and an RTS

      (Real-Time Service)  reference added in its place.</p>

    <p>All the differences with the original Charter are highlighted in

      blue.<br>
