close to AGU and the end of the year. In case there is anyone who

<p>Dear Colleagues-</p>
<p>In order to continue progress on our collaborative IGS Site Log
XML project, I would like to propose another teleconference for
the week of December 5. This teleconference will build upon the
one that took place one week ago. The notes from that discussion
have been assembled in the doc linked below - please look at it
when you have a chance:</p>
